UPDATE: Judge says Individual Mandate in Health Care Reform Unconstituional
As predicted earlier here, http://johnhlowell.blogspot.com/2010/12/virginia-health-care-reform-lawsuit.html , Disctrict Court Judge Henry Hudson ruled that parts of Health Care Reform including the individual mandate are unconstitutional.
