401(k) Fee Disclosures

The DOL has undertaken a 3-part project on 401(k) fee disclosures with focus on:

• Provider fees disclosed on Form 5500 Schedule C
• Provider-to-Sponsor fee disclosure
• Sponsor-to-Participant Fee Disclosure
